Emma Sachsse Counselling (ESC) is a sole trader mental health counselling practice operated by Emma Sachsse, Accredited Mental Health Social Worker. We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What information we collect

When you use our website or online booking form, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, and date of birth. We also collect anonymous usage data through cookies and analytics tools (see below).

We do not collect health or clinical information through this website. Any clinical information shared during sessions is managed separately under our client confidentiality agreement.

Why we collect it.

We collect your contact details to manage appointment bookings, send you confirmation and reminder messages, and communicate with you about your care.

How we store and protect it

Your booking information is stored securely within Splose, our practice management software. Splose is an Australian-based platform and handles your data in accordance with Australian privacy law. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except where required by law.

Cookies and website analytics

Our website uses cookies and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. This data is anonymous and is used only to improve the website experience. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.

Our online booking form (embedded via Splose) also uses functional cookies necessary for the booking system to operate.
