Neurodivergent Identity

Your brain isn't a problem to be solved.

Therapy for ADHD, autistic and AuDHD adults — diagnosed, self-identified, or still quietly wondering.

Maybe you got a diagnosis last year and you're still sorting through what it means. Maybe you've spent decades suspecting everyone else got a manual you missed.

Maybe you have been “Peer Reviewed”. Maybe you're not sure about any of it and just know that "try harder" stopped working a long time ago.

All of those are good reasons to be here. You don't need a diagnosis, a label, or a settled opinion about labels to book in.

Sound familiar?

  • You've been masking so long you're not sure what's underneath

  • A late diagnosis has you re-reading your whole life — with relief, and some grief, and possibly some anger

  • Burnout keeps arriving earlier and staying longer

  • You're tired of strategies built for brains that work differently to yours

  • Sensory overload, rejection sensitivity or executive function is running the show more than you'd like

  • You want to understand yourself, not be fixed

How we'll work on it:

This isn't about making you look more "normal." It's about working out how your brain actually works, what it needs, and how to build a life that fits it — rather than the other way around.

We might unpick years of masking and the stories you've absorbed about being too much, or not enough. We'll look honestly at energy and capacity, so you're not running on empty just to keep up appearances. And we'll find practical things that actually stick, because they're designed around you rather than borrowed from someone else.

I draw on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy and mindfulness, adapted for neurodivergent minds. That means less homework you'll feel guilty about not doing, and more working things out together.

A bit about me:

I'm a late-diagnosed ADHDer, so this isn't something I've only read about. That doesn't make my experience the same as yours — but it does mean you won't have to explain why putting the laundry away is a month long project.

A note on assessments

I don't provide formal ADHD or autism assessments, but I'm happy to talk through the process and point you towards people who do.
