Mood & Wellbeing
For when everything feels like too much — or nothing much at all.
Therapy for anxiety, depression, burnout and the general weight of being a person.
Anxiety and depression don't always look like they do in the pamphlets. Sometimes it's lying awake replaying a conversation from 2014. Sometimes it's a flat grey feeling that's been around so long you've stopped noticing it. Sometimes it's functioning perfectly well on the outside while quietly falling apart on the inside.
You don't need to be in crisis to deserve support. "I'm not coping as well as I'd like" is reason enough.

How we'll work on it
I'm not going to tell you to think positive. Trying to argue your way out of anxiety or low mood rarely works, and it can leave you feeling like you're failing at feeling better, too.
Instead, we'll work with what's actually going on. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) helps you make room for difficult thoughts and feelings so they stop running the show, and reconnect with what matters to you.
Mindfulness gives your nervous system somewhere to land. If part of you wants things to change and part of you really doesn't — which is completely normal — Motivational Interviewing helps us work with that rather than against it. And if the same patterns keep turning up, Schema Therapy helps us understand where they came from and what they need.
The goal isn't to never feel anxious or sad again. It's a life that feels more like yours, even on the hard days.
